These terms govern your use of Cursava (cursava.com), an online aggregator that lets you search and book intercity bus tickets from third-party carriers. By using the site you agree to these terms.
1. What Cursava is
Cursava is an independent booking service (a reseller/agent). We do not operate buses. Transport is provided by the carriers listed for each trip; each carrier's own conditions of carriage also apply to your journey.
The site is currently in a demonstration phase — sample data is shown and no real tickets are sold until carrier integrations are live. A notice is displayed at the top of every page during this phase.
2. Booking and tickets
When you book, we act as an intermediary between you and the carrier. Prices shown include a clearly stated service fee. The final contract of carriage is between you and the carrier.
After payment you receive an e-ticket (QR) by email and in your order page. It is your responsibility to arrive at the departure point on time with valid travel documents (passport/visa for international routes).
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in your local display currency and may change until a booking is confirmed. Payment is processed securely; we do not store full card details.
4. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Changes and refunds follow the fare rules and the carrier's policy shown at booking (see our Refunds policy). Some fares are non-refundable.
5. Liability
As an intermediary, Cursava is not liable for the carrier's performance (delays, cancellations, service quality). Claims about the journey are handled under the carrier's terms; we help you contact them.
