Refunds & Changes

Refund and change rights depend on the fare you buy and the carrier's policy, both shown before you pay.
1. Fare rules
Standard fares are typically non-refundable or refundable with a fee. Flex fares allow changes/cancellation up to a cut-off before departure — the exact terms are shown on the trip page.
2. How to request
Manage your booking from the order page or contact support@cursava.com with your PNR and booking email. Refunds are processed to your original payment method; timing depends on the carrier and your bank.
3. Carrier cancellations
If a carrier cancels a departure, you are entitled to a refund or rebooking under that carrier's policy. We help you arrange it.
4. Service fee
Our service fee may be non-refundable on voluntary cancellations. This is stated at checkout.
