This policy explains what personal data Cursava collects, why, and your rights. We aim to collect the minimum needed to search, book and support your trip.
1. Data we collect
Booking data you provide: passenger name(s), contact email and (optional) phone. Payment is handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
Usage data: aggregated, privacy-friendly analytics (page views, device, country, source) and product-behaviour analytics (heatmaps, scroll, rage-clicks) to improve the site. These do not identify you personally.
2. Why we use it
To provide the search and booking service, issue your ticket, contact you about your order, prevent fraud, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Sharing
We share the minimum booking data with the carrier and our payment processor to complete your booking. Analytics providers (see Cookies policy) process aggregated usage data on our behalf.
4. Retention
Booking records are kept as required to provide the service and meet legal/accounting obligations, then deleted.
5. Your rights
Under GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data, and object to processing. Contact support@cursava.com. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
